On** June 14th, 2023, **Toggle3D.ai began trading in Canada on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) with the stock symbol **TGGL.** In** August 2023,** Toggle3D.ai began trading on the OTCQB in the United States with the stock symbol **TGGLF. Computershare's standard processing time for Letter of Transmittal forms is 10 business days.
